Austin Hull is the Managing Principal of Hull Multifamily Advisors and has focused his entire professional career on brokering multifamily communities. Prior to founding HMA in 2020, Austin entered the multifamily brokerage scene with a nationally recognized multifamily brokerage and lending firm. In his four years with the firm, he was the office’s top producer for the last two years and has surpassed $250M in multifamily transactional experience.

During his career, Austin has transacted with some of the largest institutional multifamily owners across the country, as well as less experienced privately owned multifamily owners, and everyone in between. Whether dealing with high-powered attorneys representing an institutional purchaser or guiding a less experienced owner through the intricacies of a multifamily transaction, he has amassed an impressive set of credentials and the ability to adapt and conquer any multifamily transaction.

Mr. Hull’s main focus in his career is not simply completing multifamily transactions, but establishing lifelong relationships with his clients that eventually turn into friendships. To date, he considers his greatest accomplishments to be the relationships he has built with clients and third-party service providers. Throughout his career, Austin has worked with institutional multifamily owners, reputable third-party management companies, national lenders, mortgage brokers, and some of the top multifamily brokers in the country.

This experience provides Mr. Hull with a unique skill set and scope to identify the often hidden “value-add component” of a multifamily deal. Austin received his BS in Business Management from Northwood University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Michigan and Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, attending sporting events, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Nick Hull is an Associate Director at Hull Multifamily Advisors, where he specializes in the brokerage of multifamily properties throughout the state of Florida. His interest in real estate began early through hands-on experience helping his parents manage multiple rental properties across the Sunshine State while pursuing his engineering degree.

Prior to joining Hull Multifamily Advisors, Nick built a strong technical foundation in the engineering profession, with experience in building codes, hurricane testing, structural design, energy conservation, and water treatment. This background provides him with a distinct analytical and problem-solving perspective, enabling him to deliver strategic guidance on acquisitions and dispositions while helping clients navigate Florida’s complex and evolving building code and insurance landscape.

Nick entered the multifamily brokerage industry in June 2022 and has since successfully closed several multifamily transactions, working with a diverse client base that includes both institutional multifamily owners and locally based private investors. Whether collaborating with sophisticated institutional groups or guiding private owners through the nuances of a multifamily transaction, Nick brings a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach tailored to each client’s objectives.

Nick received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. While attending FGCU, Nick frequently made the Dean’s List and was a member of the school’s spearfishing team. In his spare time, Nick enjoys traveling to new places, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with friends and family.
